BrightDocs Legal Prep, LLC (BrightDocs) was founded by Cindylou Richardson, a proud Arizonan whose roots run deep in the community. Cindylou understands the value of hard work, family, and getting the job done, qualities that guide everything BrightDocs stands for today.

Married with a blended family of six, she knows firsthand how important it is to have someone you can rely on when life's paperwork starts to feel overwhelming. That's why she built BrightDocs: to make legal document preparation affordable, accurate, and accessible for everyday people who simply need assistance.

Experience

With over a decade of hands-on legal experience, Cindylou Richardson has worked in public offices, private law firms and companies, including the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court, Lewis Roca PLLC, and Legal Solutions. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Communications at ASU, a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Phoenix College, commissioned as a Notary Public, and as a Certified Legal Document Preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court. Her extensive background in legal processing and document preparation, combined with a passion for helping people navigate life's important transitions, inspired her to start BrightDocs. Through BrightDocs, everyday Arizonans can find clarity, confidence, and trusted support in their legal paperwork.
