BrightDocs Legal Prep, LLC (BrightDocs) was founded by Cindylou Richardson, a proud Arizonan whose roots run deep in the community. Cindylou understands the value of hard work, family, and getting the job done - all qualities that guide everything BrightDocs stands for today.

Married with a blended family of six, she knows firsthand how important it is to have someone you can rely on when life's paperwork starts to feel overwhelming. That's why she built BrightDocs: to make legal document preparation affordable and accessible for individuals and families.

Experience

With more than eighteen years of hands-on legal experience, Cindylou Richardson has worked in both the public and private sectors, including with the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court and privately held companies. She is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court. Cindylou also holds a Paralegal Studies certificate from Phoenix College and a bachelor's degree in Human Communications from Arizona State University. Her extensive background in legal processing and document preparation, combined with her passion for helping people navigate important life transitions, inspired her to start BrightDocs. Through BrightDocs, everyday Arizonans can find confidence and trusted support with their legal paperwork.
